Unlike traditional retailers, our policy only accepts returns if the garment received is damaged, aligning with our dedication to reducing environmental impact.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, please take photos and email them to us. We will initiate an exchange for the item upon receiving your email. Processing time varies, so please allow 6-10 days.

Returns are a massive source of garment waste
Shopping with the assurance that what you receive will fit correctly is our goal! We offer a Fit Guide, special notes on specific garment fit and an article in our blog on how to correctly measure yourself. We believe the number one reason for returns is errors in sizing and fit.
If you have any questions about what size to purchase or what fit you would prefer, please contact our customer care team so we can help you make the best decision. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not accept returns or issue refunds due to incorrect sizing. Measure twice, purchase once.
